{"id":7425,"date":"2018-02-14T05:21:45","date_gmt":"2018-02-14T05:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mnamk.hu\/wp\/2018\/02\/14\/padagogische-tage\/"},"modified":"2020-08-01T13:28:42","modified_gmt":"2020-08-01T13:28:42","slug":"padagogische-tage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mnamk.hu\/index-old.php\/de\/padagogische-tage\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e4dagogische Tage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vom 5.2.2018-6.2.2018 fanden am UBZ f\u00fcr die Kollegen P\u00e4dagogische Tage statt. Diese haben die Aufgabe, dass sich die Lehrer einmal zwei Tage ohne Unterrichtsverpflichtung auf eine Weiterentwicklung ihres p\u00e4dagogischen und methodischen Wissens konzentrieren&nbsp; k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesen zwei Tagen war ein Schwerpunkt auf den kooperativen Lernformen. Hierbei wurden kooperativen Methoden von einzelnen Kollegen an einem konkreten Beispiel pr\u00e4sentiert. Am zweiten Tag erstellten die Lehrer dann konkrete Unterichtsstunden mit kooperativen Methoden, die dann auch praktisch im Unterricht eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mnamk.hu\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Vorstellung-Methoden.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt war das Vertiefen des Wissen zu den obligatorischen kollegialen Hospitationen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mnamk.hu\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Kollegiale-Hosp.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem wurden am ersten Tag noch die p\u00e4dagogischen Leits\u00e4tze diskutiert und ihre Rolle im Schulleben besprochen.<\/p>\n<p>Weiterhin sollten sich die Lehrer mit dem Methodencurriculum besch\u00e4ftigen und sich bestimmte Methodenbl\u00e4tter f\u00fcr ihren Unterricht heraussuchen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mnamk.hu\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Metodencurr.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>Der zweite Tag hatte als Schwerpunkt das Thema was guter Unterricht ist und wie man diesen speziell bei kollegialen Hospitationen messen kann.
